A resident of Pinili, Ilocos Norte ranked first in the Food Technologist Licensure Examination, proving yet again that determination and hard work can make dreams come true.

Dee Vanna Galacgac grew up in a humble farming family. Despite her initial doubts about passing, Vanna's perseverance and faith carried her through.

From a young age, Galacgac was determined to pursue her dreams despite the hardships she faced.

As a Department of Science and Technology (DOST) scholar, she worked as a research assistant at a university, saving money for her online review.

Galacgac's success was not just about her own hard work but also the sacrifices of her parents and the unwavering support of her family and friends.

She relied on her faith in God throughout the journey.

"Hard work po... always do your best po, if you think it's worth it, it's worth it po talaga," Galacgac advised.
