At least 101 images of the Santo Niño take center stage at an exhibit at the San Guillermo Parish in Bacolor, Pampanga.

The church is dubbed the "Sunken Church" as half of it sank in lahar during the 1991 Mt. Pinatubo eruption.

The parish gathered the images from devotees in Pampanga.

"Sine-celebrate namin ito every last Friday of January up to first Sunday of February. Yung mga tampok po na images napaka rami po, mayroon tayong 101 Sto. Niño images," Mark Dimarucut, Secretary of the Sto. Niño Exhibit 2024, said.

Among the images displayed are the Sto. Niño de Cebu, Sto. Niño de Pandacan, Sto. Niño de Tondo, and Sto. Niño de Malolos.

There are also unique images of the Child Jesus like the Niño Jesus Nazareno, the Sto. Niño with a toolkit, the sleeping Sto. Niño, and the sad Sto. Niño, known as Sto. Niño del Mundo.

Devotees visit to see the exhibit.

"As a catholic po kasi, si Sto. Niño po kasi, malaki ang impluwensya sa aming mga katoliko sa aming pananampalataya syempre… Sobrang nakakaenganyong tignan sila, nakakakilabot actually," Milen Alfonso, a devotee of the Santo Niño, said.

For the devotees, the images are not just artifacts but are an integral part of one’s faith in God.

The Santo Niño exhibit is open until February 4, 2024.
