To celebrate International Women’s Month, the One Pangasinan Transport Federation is offering free rides to women across the province.

This initiative aims to show appreciation and recognition for women’s contributions to society.

According to the transport group, the program is not a heavy burden on drivers, as it is implemented on specific days.

“May libreng sakay, mayroong 50 percent discount, at mayroong Monday to Wednesday, at mayroon ding Saturday to Sunday ganun ang ginagawa nila,” Bernard Tuliao, president of the One Pangasinan Transport Federation, said.

For passengers like Janet Quiñones, this initiative is a welcome relief.

“Maganda ‘yun dahil menos gastos. Sana araw-araw nalang,” she said.
