Candidates for the 2025 midterm elections in Casiguran, Aurora, gathered for a peace covenant rally ahead of the official campaign period starting March 28, 2025.
The event brought together election hopefuls, religious groups, police, military personnel, and Commission on Elections (COMELEC) officials to promote fair and peaceful elections.
COMELEC reminded candidates of the campaign rules and regulations before the event concluded with an oath-taking, signing of a manifesto, and a symbolic handshake among political rivals.
