A heated argument between two motorcycle riders with passengers escalated into a shooting incident at a gas station in Barangay Cali, Dingras, Ilocos Norte.
The altercation reportedly began with a misunderstanding. It ended with one of those riding in pillion shooting the other rider.
John Restie Decamos, 19, was hit in the shoulder and rushed immediately to the hospital for treatment.
The suspects who have yet to be identified fled the scene quickly.
Authorities recovered a shell casing from a caliber .45 firearm, along with four bullets and three slugs at the crime scene.
The police are investigating the incident and working to identify the suspect.
