The homeowners group of a subdivision in Barangay Pit-os, Cebu City has decided to install a barrier on the road at the area where a pickup truck ridden by two residents fell off a cliff.
The incident injured the couple.
Investigation showed that the man parked the truck so he could get something from their house when the vehicle started rolling down the street and eventually fell off the cliff.
The cliff wasn’t too deep but the vehicle turned turtle and pinned the woman inside.
The woman was still conscious when responders pulled her out of the vehicle.
