Police confiscated homemade firecrackers, locally known as "boga," from children in Vintar, Ilocos Norte.
Police spotted the children playing with them during a routine patrol.
When officers approached, the children ran off, leaving the firecrackers behind.
The items were seized with the assistance of a barangay official.
