A 48-year-old tricycle driver was arrested after he was caught with a glass tube tooter containing shabu residue at a bar in Laoag City.
The man is identified as Darius Miguel Eugenio.
Security personnel discovered the paraphernalia during a routine inspection of his sling bag, which prompted them to alert the police.
Authorities responded quickly, confirming the presence of shabu residue in the tooter.
Eugenio was brought to the police station for booking and will face charges for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
