A man was killed after getting electrocuted while removing branches of a tree in Dinas, Zamboanga del Sur.
Police said a neighbor reportedly paid the man and his cousin to remove the branches of a tree when they were electrocuted.
The two were rushed to the hospital but one of them did not get there alive. The other is recuperating at the hospital, as of this writing.
The neighbor shouldered the burial and hospital expenses.
