With the weather improving, fishermen in Dagupan City have returned to sea after a week of staying on land due to #GenerPH.

This opportunity is crucial for them to make up for lost earnings.

Araw-araw kaming makalaot," Rodrigo Vidal, a fisherman, said.

Vidal hopes the weather will continue to improve so they can fish daily.

Bernard Dandan, another fisherman, is optimistic about catching more fish during the ber months.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reports that although #GenerPH and #HelenPH have left the Philippine Area of Responsibility, localized thunderstorms may still occur in Northern and Central Luzon due to the southwest monsoon.

“Itong September 25 to October 1, asahan na may mabubuong tropical cyclone movement dito sa may extreme Northern Luzon," Chief Meteorologist Engr. Jose Estrada Jr. said.

Authorities urge fishermen to stay alert and cautious to avoid accidents at sea.
