A total of 150 persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Mangaldan, Pangasinan received P5,000 in financial assistance through the Department of Social Welfare and Development's (DSWD) AKAP program.
This initiative is designed to provide support not only to the unemployed but also to low-wage earners and vulnerable sectors like persons with disabilities.
