A combined force of the Public Order and Safety Division, Licensing Office, and PNP raided an eatery being used as a smoking den on Session Road, Baguio City.

During the raid, 26 individuals were caught smoking, including minors.

The eatery owner was also found selling cigarettes, a clear violation of the city's No Smoking Ordinance.

Authorities said the owner will face charges, as it was also discovered that the establishment had no business permit.

Those caught smoking were issued citation tickets, while the minors were brought to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for counseling.

Baguio City strictly enforces its No Smoking and Vaping Ordinance, as part of its commitment to maintaining public health and safety.
