Ken Chan and Rita Daniela are more than ready and thrilled to spread kilig, good vibes, and a whole new level of performance at their much awaited ‘My Special Love: #BoBreyInCONCERT’ happening at the Music Museum tomorrow, May 11.

The #BoBrey kilig
Ken and Rita sharing the stage will not be complete without a good dose of #BoBrey kilig. After all, their endearing chemistry as My Special Tatay’s Boyet and Aubrey was a strong driving force for this event to materialize.
Ken said, “Syempre hindi mawawala ‘yun. Actually ang dami, parang 50% ata para sa mga kilig moments. 50% ata puro duet namin ni Rita, and ‘yung mga duets namin, ‘yung mga favorite songs namin and ‘yung mga nakilala rin ng tao.”
The live performance of their original songs
Aside from their effective acting, Ken and Rita have a natural talent at singing. In fact, the two are signed artists under GMA Music and have released their original songs.

For the first time, Ken and Rita are giving a live rendition of their originals in front of a big crowd. Ken will perform “1 Like” while Rita will sing “Florita.” Aside from these, they will also do a duet of “Almusal.”
Ken’s and Rita’s individual spots
While Ken and Rita headline their concert as a love team, they will also be given individual spots at their concert.
Rita boasted about her partner, “First time niyo po makikita si Ken Chan na sumayaw at humataw. You’ve never seen him before like that so you’ll see it on Saturday.”
Ken added, “Sinubukan ko. Meron kaming isang prod na kailangang humataw pero ganun pala.. Hindi ko ma-imagine ‘yung mga singer na kumakanta habang sumasayaw. Akala ko madali, sobrang hirap pala.”
Rita also prepared a surprise performance.
She said, “Usually when a girl sings in a concert, we know what they’re usually gonna sing or what they’re gonna dance ‘coz we have an icon. But, hindi ko siya gagawin this time, it’s a different one pero icon din siya. Ayaw kong sabihin, syempre surprise. ‘Yun ‘yung bago.”
Ken also said, “Kakantahin niya ‘yung mga kanta ng isang napakahusay at napakasikat at napakagaling na isang icon at bibigyan niya ng twist.”
The dance crew
Rita also takes pride that aside from Ken, she will also be sharing the stage with her dance crew from college, St. Benilde Romancon.
“I’m so, so happy kasi first time mangyayari ‘to, to perform with them outside school. Parang reunion and we’re all professionals na so masaya siya, it’s really gonna be fun,” she expressed.
Their inspirations
Ken and Rita have prepared a lot of gimmicks to deliver a good show but what they really want their audience to witness is how they dedicate all these efforts to their supporters.
Rita claimed, “It’s for the people who became a part of our success. It’s more of giving back, it’s more of honoring them. Hindi kami magkaka-concert as BoBrey kung hindi dahil sa kanila, sa supporters namin, sa family namin, ‘yung mga taong nag-mold sa amin, nag-train sa amin. Sila-sila ‘yung paglalaanan namin ng concert na ‘to.
“Kaya rin siya special, hindi lang about siya naka-focus sa My Special Tatay kundi rin ‘yung kung paano kami nagsimula ni Ken up to now kung nasaan na kami ngayon. So, history na rin ng showbiz career,” she continued.
