DZBB, GMA Radio personalities win big at 7th Gawad Lasallianeta awards

The GMA Radio department received a wonderful present days before Christmas after Super Radyo DZBB and two of their prized radio anchors and disk jocks were recognized at the 7th Gawad Lasallianeta awards of the De La Salle Araneta University.

Super Radyo DZBB, one of the most-awarded and trusted AM stations in the country, was hailed as the Most Outstanding Digital Radio Station, while one of its top radio broadcasters Arnold Clavio together with his co-hosts in Unang Hirit, namely Susan Enriquez, Shaira Diaz, and Anjo Pertierra, were the recipients of the Most Outstanding Morning Radio Hosts award. The Kapuso morning show was also chosen as the Most Outstanding Morning Show.

Last week, Igan renewed his contract with GMA Network, which has been his home for the past 35 years.

The Gawad Lasallianeta also recognized Barangay LS Forever DJ Papa Dudut after awarding him the trophy for Most Outstanding Male FM DJ.

DJ Dudut appeared in the pilot episode of the newest YouLOL Originals show Your Honor hosted by Tuesday Vargas and Buboy Villar on December 7.

The De La Salle Araneta University's Gawad Lasallianeta Awards is an awarding ceremony acknowledging the country's most effective, influential, and outstanding communicators in the field of mass media.
