Super Radyo DZBB is no. 1 in Mega Manila's AM radio list; rules primetime morning block

Super Radyo DZBB 594 held the number one spot anew in Mega Manila’s AM radio list based on the latest data from Nielsen Radio Audience Measurement.

GMA Network’s flagship AM radio station consistently ruled the airwaves for the entire month of November 2019 as it registered a total week average audience share of 27.8 percent, which surpassed DZMM’s 22.3 percent and DZRH’s 20.7 percent. DZBB’s impressive performance in the primetime morning block provided a major boost in its topline results.

Jumpstarting the strong weekday morning line-up is ‘Melo Del Prado sa Super Radyo DZBB’ at 5:30a.m. followed by the powerhouse newscast of GMA News Pillar Mike Enriquez with Joel Reyes Zobel in ‘Super Balita sa Umaga Nationwide’. Enriquez further anchors ‘Saksi sa Dobol B’ while Zobel comes next with the news commentary ‘Anong Say N’yo?’.

Keeping the listeners tuned in are GMA News Pillar Arnold Clavio together with Zobel and Ali Sotto in ‘Sino?’ as they deliver juicy commentaries along with the well-loved segments Jengjeng and Balitawit. Continuing to dissect the day’s hottest news in ‘Dobol A sa Dobol B’ at 10a.m. are Clavio and Sotto while Susan Enriquez’s ‘Kay Susan Tayo! Sa Super Radyo DZBB’ maintains the momentum in time for ‘Super Balita Sa Tanghali, Nationwide’ hosted by Orly Trinidad and Lala Roque.

Similarly during the weekend, the top-rating programs for the period were ‘Super Radyo Nationwide’ with Melo del Prado; ‘Super Balita sa Umaga’ hosted by Sam Nielsen and Rowena Salvacion on Saturdays and with Nimfa Ravelo on Sundays; ‘I M Ready sa Dobol B’ with Nathaniel ‘Mang Tani’ Cruz; ‘Pinoy M.D. sa Super Radyo DZBB’ with Connie Sison; ‘Super Balita sa Tanghali’ Saturday and Sunday edition hosted by Manny Vargas and Julee Ann Mae Cabrera; ‘Buena Manong Balita’ with Orly Trinidad; ‘Dobol B, Bantay Balita sa Senado’ also with Ravelo; ‘Liwanag sa Balita’ anchored by Benjie Liwanag; ‘Dobol B, Bantay Balita sa Kamara’ with Divine Reyes; and ‘MMDA sa GMA’.

Recently, Super Radyo DZBB 594 was hailed as the Best AM Radio Station at the 2019 Platinum Stallion Media Awards.
