He explained, “I wrote and produced this song. That was the first song I wrote and produced when I got back from the Philippines, when I performed last year.”
“I was just so happy to have a song where I played the instrument. It's a different concept, it’s basically you know using elements of the 80’s. I am a really big fan of the 80’s era of music. So it’s very funky,” Dawin added.
Papa Dan went on and ask what the Dessert singer thinks about his Filipino fans.
Dawin described his legion of supporters here in the country as the sweetest and most polite people he has ever met.
Moreover, he also plans to visit the Philippines again for some vacation time.
“Filipino fans they are very kind and polite. I love the good gestures and I learn a lot here, about the culture, so that’s one thing I get pretty much with anybody I can learn from. So many things, so many sweet people.”
“Next time around, I wanna just be on vacation and go to the beach and stuff. You know figure out more.”
