Serbisyong Totoo Caravan is back on June 27!

After its success last April 5, DZBB Super Radyo will again bring relief to Filipinos dizzied by long processes and endless queues in government transactions.

On June 27, DZBB will hold the Serbisyong Totoo Caravan, a whole day one-stop-shop for everyone seeking help with concerns on Pag-IBIG Fund, Public Attorney’s Office, Social Security System, Philhealth, and Philippine Statistics Administration (formerly National Statistics Office), at the San Andres Sports Complex in Manila.

The Caravan will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but the registration is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Philhealth will be accepting applications and will issue Philhealth IDs and Member Data Records on the spot. Pag-IBIG members can have their membership and contributions verified while questions and concerns will be addressed by Pag-IBIG representatives.

SSS will be issuing SSS numbers, accepting benefit applications and verifying members’ contributions and loans.

The PSA will advise on concerns on birth, marriage and death certificates while PAO will dispense free legal advice.

The Serbisyong Totoo Caravan is held every quarter in different barangays and districts in Metro Manila.

It will be conducted in Pasay City on Sept. 6 and in Valenzuela City on Nov. 8.
