Multi-awarded comedian Michael V. expressed his full confidence on the talent of fellow Bubble Gang co-star Paolo Contis that is why he chose him to be part of his comeback film Family History.

During the grand media conference of Family History last July 2, a member of the entertainment press directly asked Direk Michael what made Paolo the perfect fit for the movie over the other cast members of the Kapuso gag show.

Michael stressed that Paolo’s vast experience in filmmaking is an ‘important factor’ and something that he needs in this movie.

He said, “Yung experience kasi ni Paolo (Contis) sa cinema hindi matatawaran. Kahit saan mo isabak. Ang kailangan ko dito sa movie are the people who are very-very experienced pagdating sa paggawa ng pelikula.

“As much as magagaling 'yung mga kasama natin iba sa Bubble Gang, darating 'yung time na sila naman.”

For his part, Paolo Contis commended Direk Bitoy for being collaborative and takes into consideration the input of the other actors in the movie.

“I think 'yun 'yung naging purpose ng script reading namin para 'yung mga inputs, importante kay Direk Bitoy (Michael V.) 'yung mga inputs ng mga artista eh.

“Nag-a-adjust siya sa kagustuhan ng lahat kasi actor din siya, so kaya sobrang dali.”
