'Sana Dati' in theaters beginning September 25

Moviegoers will get another chance to watch the Best Picture in the Director's Showcase Category of Cinemalaya 2013 as Jerrold Tarog's Sana Dati will be released by GMA Films beginning September 25 in theaters nationwide. 

Sana Dati, which bagged most of the awards in the Director's Showcase, is written and directed by award-winning filmmaker Jerrold Tarog who was also named Best Director. The cast is headlined by Kapuso Premier Actress Lovi Poe, Paulo Avelino, TJ Trinidad, Benjamin Alves, and Ria Garcia.

Aside from the Best Film and Best Director, TJ Trinidad also won Best Supporting Actor, Best Sound (Roger TJ Ladro), Best Original Score (Jerrold Tarog), Best Editing (Pats Ranyo), Best Production Design (Ericson Navarro), and Best Cinematography (Mackie Galvez).

Sana Dati is a love story about a woman whose wedding is thrown into disarray when a mysterious person arrives and reminds her of the man she really loves.

Sana Dati is the third part of Jerrold Tarog's Camera Trilogy after Confessional (2007) and Mangatyanan (2009).

Sana Dati has been unanimously given a grade of "A" by the Cinema Evaluation Board.
