Oil tanker capsizes southeast of Oman's Ras Madrakah, news agency says

CAIRO, Egypt - A Comorian-flagged oil tanker capsized 25 nautical miles southeast of Oman's Ras Madrakah, Omani state news agency ONA reported on Monday, citing Oman's Maritime Security Center.

The center said a search-and-rescue operation was activated in coordination with authorities.

The cause of the incident was not immediately known. — Reuters
