2 Civil Engineer grads share top spot in April 2023 licensure exams

Two Civil Engineering graduates garnered the highest rating among examinees who successfully hurdled the April 2023 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

Garret Wilkenson Ching Sia from De La Salle University - Manila and Alexis Castillo Alegado from Mariano Marcos State University - Batac gained 92.10 percent rating.

They bested 5, 887 out of 16,936 who passed the licensure exams that were administered in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
