6 foreigners missing amid trek in Negros Oriental; 2 found

Six foreigners were reported missing after departing for a trek in Sitio Lunas, Barangay Malabao, Valencia, Negros Oriental on Wednesday morning, the Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office said Friday.

The police identified the missing foreigners as:

Wolfgang, 67 years old, German

Anton Chernov, 38, Russian

Aldwin Fink, 60, German

Alexander Radvanyi, 63, British

Terry, 50, Canadian

Torsten Martin Groschupp, 58, German

Around 10:35 a.m. on Friday, the police said a rescuer found Groschupp and Radvanyl in Sitio Ginsayaw.
