Propsmen figure in fight during ‘Sinulog sa Kabataan’ in Cebu

The “Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Dakbayan” event in Cebu City was marred by a fight between propsmen from two rival contingents. 

According to a report in 24 Oras on Monday, CCTV footage showed the altercation among minors in Barangay Sambag Uno.

Initial investigation showed that the tension between two parties started at the Cebu City Sports Center where they performed as part of the festival.
