WATCH: Brass band competition kicks off in Cebu City for Sinulog 2025

Contingents of the brass band competition parade the streets of Cebu City with their uniforms and festive performances for Sinulog 2025.

Celebrated every third Sunday of January in Cebu City, the Sinulog Festival honors the Santo Niño or the child Jesus, who is the patron saint of Cebu province.

At least 40 contingents are set to compete in the Sinulog Grand Showdown 2025 at the Cebu City Sports Center on January 19.

A fluvial parade is scheduled on January 18 while a grand parade will also be held on January 19.
