Man in Negros Occidental beheaded over an argument

The body of a man was found lying along a sidewalk with a severed head in Cauayan, Negros Occidental.

In a "State of the Nation" report on Monday, the suspect was a man who had an argument with the victim.

According to the police, the victim was buying at a sari-sari store when the suspect approached him while carrying a bolo.

The victim tried to flee but he was drawn and hacked.

The police said the motive of the crime could be the victim and suspect’s argument.

The victim previously complained that the suspect hurt his sibling.
