Abandoned baby found in Ragay, Camarines Sur

A newborn baby was found abandoned in Ragay, Camarines Sur.

According to a ''24 Oras Weekend'' report on Saturday, the baby girl was found in a bushy area near the railway tracks, exposed to the rain.

Barangay officials immediately rescued the child, who was turned over to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
