Three Luzon dams still releasing water —PAGASA
Three dams in Luzon had some of its gates still open on Tuesday to release water, a day after Typhoon Pepito (international name: Man-Yi) exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
These dams are Ambuklao, Binga, and Magat, according to the PAGASA Hydro-Meteorology Division.

At 8 a.m., Ambuklao Dam in Benguet had five gates open at 2.5 cms, down from the eight gates open on Monday.
Its water level at its reservoir was at 751.72 meters at 8 a.m., nearing the 752-meter spilling level.
Binga Dam, also in Benguet, had six gates open at 3 meters on Tuesday morning. On Monday, six gates were also open though at 7.5 m.
The water level at Binga Dam's reservoir was at 575 meters at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, which is the spilling level.
Meanwhile, Magat Dam, which straddles Isabela and Ifugao, had four gates open at 7.0 meters on Tuesday morning. It had only three gates open on Monday.
Magat Dam's reservoir water level was at 191.20 meters on Tuesday, nearing the 193-m spilling level.
The water released by Magat Dam and the heavy rains from Typhoon Pepito flooded a large part of Ilagan City, Isabela.
Only rooftops of houses were left sticking out, according to a report on Unang Balita on Tuesday.
More than 800 houses were flooded.
San Roque Dam in Pangasinan and Benguet on the other hand had no gates open on Tuesday. It closed one gate on Monday at 11 a.m. —KG, GMA Integrated News
