13-year-old shot to death at construction site in Cebu

A 13-year-old boy was shot to death by two suspects in Cebu City. 

According to a report on “Saksi,” the victim and his friends were eating on the third floor of a building under construction when two men arrived and repeatedly shot the young victim. 

The victim tried to jump from the building but was again shot by the suspects. 

The police are looking into the possibility that the crime could be related to the victim’s involvement in illegal drugs.
