7-month-old baby drowns in water bucket

A seven-month-old baby drowned in a bucket of water in Bacolod City.

According to a ''24 Oras'' report on Tuesday, police said that the child and the parents were sleeping prior to the accident.

Unnoticed by the parents, however, the child woke up, crawled over, and fell into the bucket next to the bed.
