Lucy and Richard Gomez, Rigo Duterte file COCs for local positions

Several personalities filed their Certificates of Candidacy (COC) for local positions for Eleksyon 2025 on Wednesday.

In Tacloban City, incumbent congressman Richard Gomez filed his COC for a second consecutive term as the representative of the fourth district of Leyte.

Along with Gomez was his wife, Ormoc City Mayor Lucy Gomez, who also filed her COC for a re-election bid.

Rigo Duterte has also filed his candidacy for councilor of the first district of Davao City under the Hugpong sa Tawong Lungsod - Hugpong ng Pagbabago.

His father, Davao City 1st District Representative Paolo Duterte, accompanied Rigo.
