John Amores, brother released after posting bail

PBA player John Amores and his brother John Red have been released from detention after posting bail in connection with the attempted homicide charges against them.

According to Lumban, Laguna police chief Police Major Bob Ordiz said the brothers were released at 2:30 p.m.

The court recommended P24,000 bail for the professional cager and P10,000 for his brother.

The Amoreses surrendered to the Lumban police on Thursday early morning after they figured in a shooting incident following an altercation during a basketball game. —NB, GMA Integrated News
