2 minors throw cat into sea for online content 

Two minors in Santo Domingo, Albay are now in the custody of authorities for throwing a cat into the sea while shooting an online video. 

In a report on “24 Oras” on Wednesday, a video shows a boy standing by an embankment holding a cat and throwing it into the water.

Authorities were able to locate the two suspects and hand them over to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office. They will be penalized, the report said. 

The cat was rescued and is now being cared for by the barangay. It was found to be pregnant. — Vince Angelo Ferreras/BM, GMA Integrated News
