Man dies after boat capsizes in waters off Panglao

A 72-year-old boatman died on Thursday after he fell from a boat that capsized off the waters of Panglao, Bohol. 

According to EJ Gomez’s report on "Saksi," the Philippine Coast Guard in Western Bohol initially allowed island-hopping then because the weather was fine.

However, strong winds prevailed around noon. Three boats capsized.

All 20 tourists were safe, the report said.

The PAGASA in the Visayas said that a thunderstorm advisory was raised over Panglao.
