Teacher faces child abuse raps for allegedly biting 2 students in Cebu

A male teacher in Cebu City is facing complaints lodged by the parents of two students, whom he allegedly bit.

According to a report on "State of the Nation," the teacher allegedly also asked his students, 14 years old and 17 years old, to take off their shirts so he could see their abs.

The Cebu City Police Office said that one of the parents of the victims would press charges.

The victims plan to submit a medical certificate and testimonies as evidence for a child abuse complaint.
