Rape suspect arrested via kids' online graduation photos

Police were able to locate and arrest a rape suspect in Aklan via photos of his children’s graduation that were posted online.

According to an exclusive report of John Consulta in 24 Oras, Calabarzon police have been looking for the suspect for a decade. He was one of the most wanted persons in Region 4-A.

The 39-year-old suspect allegedly raped his then-minor niece in Pagbilao, Quezon in 2014.

(Our tracker team went to New Washington in Aklan and discovered that the suspect became a  barangay police officer. He was also the head of the peace and order council in his barangay.)

Lucas said the suspect was brought to Pagbilao, Quezon to face the charges against him.

(Our operatives had difficulty finding the suspect since his appearance has changed after 10 years.)

GMA Integrated News has sought comment from the suspect but he has yet to provide his side.
