 aA

A woman who had been a helper in a household General Trias, Cavite for three days had been implicated in the death of her employer who had been strangled.

According to Tina Panganiban-Perez's report in "State of the Nation," CCTV footage showed that the suspect identified as "Nessa" covered the camera.

The victim Ruby Castro noticed the cover and removed it. The camera was covered again and someone on the video recording was heard shouting.

Castro was later found lifeless on the ground and the autopsy showed that she was choked to death.

Authorities said the motive behind the murder could be theft.

"Tinarget po talaga (They targeted it). They had planned it. It is premeditated," said Gen. Trias Police chief P/LtCol. Jose Naparato Jr.

"Ang gamit po sa pagsakal ay panyo, isang panyo. At nagtulong po yung si alias Nessa at yung kanyang manliligaw na si alias Dondon sa pagsakal sa ating biktima," he added.
