Two bodies discovered inside cement-filled drums in Camarines Norte

Two bodies were discovered inside cement-filed drums in a river in Labo, Camarines Norte.

According to a 24 Oras report on Tuesday, police reports stated that the bodies were encased in cement inside the drum. Only their heads were visible.

Residents fishing in the river reported the discovery to authorities.
