2 dogs in Legazpi City, Albay had ears cut off

A case of animal cruelty was reported in Legazpi City, Albay involving two shih tzu that had their ears cut off, according to the report of GMA Regional TV Balitang Bicolandia on "State of the Nation."

Marissa Aguilar, the owner of the dogs, said she found the dogs – Luna and Bonbon – at their home bleeding.

Both of Bonbon's ears were cut off while Luna lost one ear. The dogs are currently in good condition.

Aguilar has reported the incident to the police. — BAP, GMA Integrated News
