Thousands of devotees took part in the Sinulog fluvial parade in Cebu City on Saturday.
The fluvial parade started at around 6 a.m. according to Decemay Padilla's report on dzBB.
Over 200 registered vessels joined the parade of the images of Senior Sto. Niño, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and St. Joseph the worker or the "Sagrada Familia."
During the parade, devotees gathered in various locations to glimpse the holy image.
Sea marshals were on standby to ensure the safety of the participating vessels and devotees.
The fluvial parade is part of this year's Sinulog Festival.
The city has prepared numerous activities to commemorate the feast of Santo Niño, observed on the third Sunday of January every year. —VAL, GMA Integrated News
