Man bites, kills snake after it attacked him 

A man was on his way home in Antequera, Bohol when a snake attacked him.  In retaliation, he bit the reptile until he killed it.

According to a "24 Oras" report on Friday, Boljulio Aleria was riding his motorcycle when a three-meter reticulated python bit him and wrapped itself around his leg last Tuesday.

The victim sustained injuries after falling off his motorcycle but wrestled with the snake for over 10 minutes until he was able to bite and kill it.

Fortunately, reticulated pythons are non-venomous.  Aleria is now recovering from the injuries sustained from his fall. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/LDF, GMA Integrated News
