4 dead as Lapu-Lapu City fireworks warehouse blast starts fire

Four individuals were killed in an explosion and fire at a fireworks warehouse in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu on Monday.

According to Futch Anthony Inso’s report on Super Radyo dzBB, a bombshell firework accidentally went off at around 2 p.m. and started the fire in Sitio Judas Belt, Barangay Babag.

Aside from the four fatalities, six others sustained third-degree burns. Around ten houses, meanwhile, were razed.
