4 siblings dead as truck plows into their sidecar in Porac, Pampanga

Four siblings were killed after a truck plowed into their sidecar in Porac, Pampanga.

According to a report on "24 Oras," the victims were thrown off from their vehicle into the highway due to the impact of the collision. The victims are all minors.

Based on the police investigation, the truck driver said he did not know that he hit the motorcycle with the sidecar where the victims were boarded.

He is now under police custody and may face a corresponding complaint.

Porac Mayor Jaime Capil expressed his sympathy as he visited the wake Friday together with Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

Capil pledged to help the family with the burial expenses, according to the town's information office.
