4 kids die in Cebu City fire

Four children were reported dead due to a fire at the boundary of upper Barangay Tisa and Barangay Banawa in Cebu City.

According to a "Balitanghali" report on Thursday, the children and their uncle were sleeping on the upper floor of the house when the fire occurred.

While he was able to survive, the uncle was not able to rescue the children aged 8, 6, 1 year, and 11-month-old.

Three individuals were reported injured due to the incident.

The Bureau of Fire and Protection is still conducting an investigation into the cause of the blaze. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/LDF, GMA Integrated News
