Headless body found in Jaro, arms found in La Paz

A headless and armless body was found inside a sack Jaro, Iloilo while two amputated arms were seen in another bag in La Paz.

According to the report on "Saksi" by Jessica Calinog of GMA Regional TV Balitang Bicolandia, the body bore stab wounds in the chest and stomach.

It had been beheaded and had no arms.

The suspects left a cardboard note which said, "Ibalik and kamay na bakal. Babala sa mga pusher."

(Bring back the mailed fist. This is a warning for pushers.)

The authorities are determining whether the body had anything to do with the arms recovered in La Paz.

Meanwhile, the body of a 13-year-old girl was found inside a sack floating in the Binasagan River in Camarines Sur on Sunday.

The following day, the sack containing the victim's body was discovered in the river a few meters away from their home.

The body was unclothed from the waist down.

On Sunday, a 32-year-old construction worker, a resident of the same barangay and allegedly a friend of the victim's family, was arrested by the authorities.

Todeño said he was a drinking buddy of the victim's father.

The suspect admitted that he was the one responsible but denied raping the victim.

The suspect reportedly said he strangled her because she was noisy.

The suspect's family has so far refused to give a statement.

The results of the examination of the victim's body are still awaited to determine if she was sexually assaulted by the suspect. —NB, GMA Integrated News
