Missing 4-year-old found dead inside septic tank in Apayao

A missing 4-year-old girl was found dead inside a septic tank in Pudtol, Apayao, according to a report on "State of the Nation."

The victim was found without undergarments. The police said the shorts and slippers of the child were found not far from the septic tank.

It was earlier reported that the child was missing for two days.
