3 water spouts were sighted off Bayawan City, Negros Oriental

At least three water spouts were seen in Negros Oriental before rain showers occurred in the province, according to the report of GMA Regional TV "Balitang Bisdak" on "State of the Nation" Wednesday.

The formation of the water spouts was caught on video off the coast of Bayawan City.

Video uploader Cyrus Kiel Dayto was frightened by what he was watching as he noticed one of the water spouts is bigger than the others.

Strong rains occurred after the water spouts disappeared.
