Duterte, VP Sara pay final respects to his sister at inurnment

The remains of Jocelyn Duterte Villarica, former president Rodrigo Duterte's sister, were inurned in a ceremony on Sunday, her niece Vice President Sara Duterte said.

In a post on her Facebook account, the younger Duterte posted photos of her and her father at the ceremony in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Davao City. She also thanked those who sent flowers and mass cards to the bereaved families left behind. 

Villarica passed away on September 29, 2023, according to Senator Bong Go in an earlier statement. — BM, GMA Integrated News
