Rider killed after motorcycle chase in Iloilo City

A rider died after he was chased and shot by a gunman on another motorcycle in the wee hours of Tuesday morning in Molo, Iloilo City.

According to a report on "Saksi" by Zen Quilantang of GMA Regional TV One Western Visayas, Alejandro Panes after getting shot managed to drive to a gasoline station to ask for help.

He was brought to the hospital but died.

The chase by the assailants, two riders on a motorcycle, was caught on CCTV.

Panes was hit on the back. The bullet went out his stomach.

His loved ones said they didn't know anyone who could be holding a grudge against the victim.
