Mandaue City under state of calamity due to heavy and widespread floods

A state of calamity was raised in Mandaue City, Cebu on Saturday, after heavy rains caused massive flash floods.

According to a report from GMA Regional TV Cebu's Nikko Sereno, which aired on Unang Balita, houses were carried by the surging flood and muck penetrated the residents' homes.
