A 30-year-old woman was strangled to death in Davao City after she broke off the wedding with her fiance.
According to Jaycel Villacorte of Super Radyo Davao, the suspect was identified as 35-year-old Maliry Bitil Gumanan, a resident of Magsaysay town in Davao del Sur.
The investigation of the Davao Police Office showed that victim Joan Balabagan Lintang was found dead inside the rest room at an inn along C.M. Recto in Barangay 35-D last June 26.
